Punishment and Deal with the Social Criminals:

For creating a secure environment in every field, the authorities shall properly deal with delinquents and criminals. Economical, social, political, cultural, art, and literary delinquents will be liable to the following punishments.

Economical Delinquents:
People who by one way or another disorder the economical system if impose a loss or hurt to someone will be condemned to be imprisoned for 4-6 years. If the victims for such crime are two in number, they will be condemned to be imprisoned for 6-10 years, and if they hurt more than two individuals, they will be imprisoned until they death comes and releases them.

Social Delinquents:
Crimes such as murder, carrying narcotics, and its distribution among people, as well as rape are to be put in this group.

Murder:
If a person kills another one intentionally, he will be condemned for 25 years of imprisonment. If he/she kills two person, he will be condemned for a life imprisonment, and this can be reduced to 30 years according to the advice of the judge who will decide based upon the report received from jail authorities in case of the prisoner.

Carrying narcotics and its distribution:
If a delinquent imposes any loss on a person by doing so, he/she will be condemned to 4-6 years of being jailed. If he/she imposes loss on two persons by doing so, he/she will be condemned to 6-10 years of imprisonment, and if he imposes loss on more than 2 persons by doing so, he/she will be condemned to die.
Raping:
If a person commits such crime for one time, he will be imprisoned for 15 continuous years. If he repeats this for the second time, he will be condemned to be imprisoned for 30 continuous years, and if he commits this crime more than that, he will be condemned to die.

Political Delinquents:
There is no political prisoner in this system and everybody can speak out his thoughts concerning the politics. However, those who are engaged in the political system will be liable to the following punishments if they violate the rules:
If they hurt anybody by imposing loss on him/her because of their performance, they will be condemned to pay cash fines, pay the looser the compensation sum, and their salary will be reduced. If they hurt two individuals, they will be condemned to expelled out from the political system, and if they hurt more than two individuals, they will be condemned to be imprisoned more than15 years.

Cultural Delinquents:
If a delinquent imposes any loss on only one individual by doing so, he/she will be condemned to 2-4 years of being imprisoned. If he/she imposes loss on two persons by doing so, he/she will be condemned to 4-8 years of imprisonment, and if he/she imposes loss on more than 2 persons by doing so, he/she will be condemned to 20 years of imprisonment.

Art-Literature Delinquents: Such delinquents will be treated in the fashion similar to the cultural delinquents.
